iMasFinance is an authorized financial services provider, offering financing and insurance products. We are looking for one, unemployed candidate from designated groups, to participate in a Skills Development Internship programme within our HR department, at our head office in Centurion.
Job Outputs:
The successful candidate will:
- assist with the administration of employee training and skills development interventions and maintain training records.
- be provided with continuous coaching, mentoring, on the job training
- exposure to training and skills development within financial services sector
- given a 12 months internship contract, with a monthly allowance of R5 000
Qualifications:
- Matric
- 3 year Diploma in Human Resources Development and/or related qualification
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage
- Excellent time management skills
Experience:
- Any relevant work experience will be an advantage
Knowledge and Skills:
- Be unemployed
- Previously disadvantaged candidates
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Great interpersonal relationship skills
- Must not be committed/ registered for studies in 2022/2023
- Be able to start with the internship on 1 August 2022
