Job Description
Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ Head Office in Midrand has an exciting opportunity available for a Human Resources Graduate to join our Organisational Development team. The purpose of this 12 months graduate programme is to provide administrative support to the OD department to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives that meet Dis-Chem’s objectives.
Minimum Requirements…
Essential:
- Grade 12 – Matric or Senior Certificate
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or related field
- Computer Literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Advantage
- Human Resource experience with administration of assessments
- Previous proof-reading and editing experience
- Previous working experience in and FMCG or Retail Environment
Job Specification
- Conduct research and collection of information to conduct structure, job design, compilation of job descriptions for the business.
- Contribute to the writing of job descriptions.
- Assist in reviewing and designing business focused org structures into OD templates.
- Support in the efficient management and tracking of Org design project plans and deliverables.
- Support OD department with the administrative requirements related to Job grading roll out.
- Assist with communicating and embedding Dis-Chem Values and ensure sustainment into the organisation.
- Assist with Wellness related interventions.
- Ensure accurate administration for the department and ensure filing is systematically maintained and updated timeously.
