HR Intern

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent rigorous processes, record keeping and reporting across the team
• Track and process financial matters – budget control, invoices, expenses and credit card
• Database management
• Support with email, phone call or walk in enquiries.
• Support the team, working effectively, proactively and collaboratively together in all HR matters
• Working with a strong sense of urgency
• Support payroll administration for all employees
• Administration support for internship, apprenticeship programmes, new employees, current staff and exit staff

Requirements:

• HR Degree or Diploma- Compulsory
• Must be resilient and be able to work with a sense of urgency – These are critical skills for this role.

Sales Intern – Packaging and Consumer Solutions

Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow up of the sales operations as defined below;-

• Interacting with internal functions namely customer service, supply chain, technical service, marketing, OTC (Finance) to ensure smooth account management.
• Assisting Sales Department in ensuring all customer disputes relating to invoicing, accounts, stock are handled in timeous manner and communicated to the respective stakeholders.
• Assisting Sales Department in coordination of account activities namely, accounts receivables, new account opening, price list updates, and timely update of the customer records to the related departments.
• Ensuring reporting and forecasting to the highest quality standard with:
• Making sure that monthly reports are sent on time within the first 3 working days of each month with the required template.
• Making sure that monthly 3 months’ future sales forecasts are distribute to team in the first 3 working day of each month/ track deviation against previous submission.
• Coordinating and managing projects within the criteria as:
• Number of projects, number of overdue projects, projects closing rates within ACE
• Assisting Sales Department in closing the projects on time without delays

Marketing Intern

The marketing intern will assist in driving and implementing the 2023/4 marketing strategies and communication plan to Sub Saharan African market. They will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative, day-to-day duties to support the marketing manager in achieving the targets that have been set for the year. This will include, but not be limited to, supporting on advertising, marketing communication, promotional material, social media marketing and all other aspects related to marketing aspects that may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Digital Marcom – All communication to distributors (creation and distribution of promotional, educational, new product launch, competitions, etc) through eblasts and other digital channels
• Increase social media following and app users for ZA by 70% using minimal budget and creative ideas for the type of business market.
• Management of sales promotional activities for the distribution channel and activate instore promotions for retail markets.
• Conduct marketing research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in preparing and delivering promotional presentations to the sales team.
• Assist in preparing for distributor meetings, internal meetings, product launches, corner in a store launches, etc.
• Come up with new creative out-of-the-box ideas on how the marketing team can better reach the market and bring in sales. This can include any other projects and plans towards achieving the GTM sales strategy.
