Guud is a technology-driven company located in Cape Town, South Africa. We aim to create a safer and more efficient transportation sector in South Africa by improving road safety through technology and mobility-based health and compliance solutions. Our Shayela program involves collecting primary health data from commercial drivers using Mobile Assessment Centres (MACs) and integrating that with secondary data from partner networks to provide a holistic view of driver health, wellness, and preparedness to drive. The program aims to help reduce road accidents, insurance claims, and insurance premiums.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Operations Intern role located in Cape Town. The Operations Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks such as managing and coordinating the Mobile Assessment Centres (MACs), supporting project management efforts, and assisting with sales operations. The Operations Intern will also be responsible for communication with various stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in;-
- Business Administration,
- Operations,
- Or related field preferred
- Experience in data analysis or data management is a plus
Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal communication
- Experience in sales or operations management preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Strong project management skills, including attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams
