Objectives
- The objective of this position is to execute the tasks that support YHA the brand and messaging which in turn informs, educates and creates awareness about YHA
- Lead the development of annual M&C plan to detail the activities and resources required
- Manage execution of activities as per M&C plan
- Execute risk communication plans
- Develop both internal and external communications
- Develop and disseminate quarterly magazines and annual reports
- Manage social media accounts for YHA
- Engage media to promote YHA (radio, newspaper, television)
- Conduct employee engagement surveys
- Support evaluation stakeholder relationships to identify needs, level of engagement and monitoring effectiveness thereof
- Support programs with documenting lessons learnt, success stories and best practices
- Support programs to design and develop IEC materials
- Manage events for YHA
- Develop branding guidelines
- Develop and procure branding materials
- Monitor implementation of YHA brand
