Responsibilities:
You will be required to;-
Provide Marketing Support
- You will support the marketing manager with international and local trends analysis
- You will provide Ad Hoc marketing support, i.e. presentations, market information etc
- You will assist with identification of creative concepts or business opportunities associated or presented by trends
Consumer Understanding
- You will drive and manage dedicated consumer research projects, i.e. to do desk & Internet search on various countries to get consumer understanding details related to fragrances, culture, country profile and country related facts.
- You will provide external and internal consumer research assistance, i.e. to seek feedback on concepts and ideas
- You will capture local consumer trends and insights related to fragrances
Event management & Launches
- You will organize conferences, launches and group events/functions from time to time as needed
Administration
- You will perform Ad Hoc administration tasks
Requirements:
- Post Grad Qualification in Marketing
- Organized, disciplined, results-oriented, positive, presentation skills
- Take Ownership of tasks, team-player
- Energetic, organised, systematic, hard working and results focused
- Positive mind-set with a can-do attitude
- Computer literate with advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
- Happy to be part of a fast-paced job with deadlines that cannot be missed, Marketing experience, showing initiative, skill with numbers, especially statistics
- Candidates with sensory experience will have an advantage
