Are you a final year student or a graduate with no more than 2 years corporate or big business full-time work experience? Our client, a management consulting firm, is looking to hire Finance Graduates who meet the above criteria to join their firm in the year 2024.
The Financial Consulting environment in our client’s environment looks to assist businesses with any finance or accounting-related projects. This ranges across technical and strategic-based engagements and would require delivery across the financial function while maintaining and enhancing core business relationships within the client environment.
Career areas to consider within our client’s Financial environment:
- Financial Consultant
- Management Accountant Consultant
- CIMA
- ACCA
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Matric
- Completed or final year Finance or Accounting Degree
- CIMA or ACCA track would be advantageous
- A self-starter personality and the ability to think on their feet
- Must want to be a consultant and engage on various projects and with various clients
- Ability to travel locally and cross boarder
- Ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable with a hybrid working model
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel locally, if required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Demonstrated ability to work towards set goals and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
