HR Graduate
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
The HR Graduate is responsible for providing quality HR compliance and administrative support to the HR Team. The HR Graduate is responsible for general administration and all other task required by the HR Officer.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/ B-Tech/ Honours in Human Resource Management or any related qualification from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge and experience:
- Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
- Atleast 1 year working experience
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.

TCS Graduate

The TCS Graduate is responsible to support the SAF TCS Manager with coordination / administration of TCS related tasks to promote Total Customer Satisfaction and ensure adherence to Customer and Internal Requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: National Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification in quality / technical (Engineering).
- Knowledge and experience :
- Established decisive team player
- Good Communication skills
- Solid Computer skills (Microsoft Office / Teams / Outlook, etc)
- Good Collaboration / administrative skills
- Able to work under pressure, assertive
- Languages: Proven oral and written communication skills with english
- Computer literate. Able to compile reporting / training materials in Microsoft Office environment.
Quality Trainee/Intern
Location: Uitenhage, Eastern Cape, South Africa
To support the QMS and IAFT including CSR requirements.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Diploma in related field, ideally Quality Management or Administration and/or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MS packages with Excel and Power Point at an above average level
- Special characteristics and S&R knowledge and compliance
- Customer Requirements knowledge of specifications
- Knowledge of Quality standards, IATF16949:2016; OHSAS 18001; ISO 14001 and understanding the Company Quality Systems
- 7QB knowledge
- Use own initiative when creating spread sheets and presentations.
- Proven team worker who demonstrates ability to work independently.
- Work well when under pressure.
- Administrative skills.

Quality Graduate
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
The Quality Graduate will responsible for implementing process control programs that will assure production of finished goods that meet or exceed customer-specified requirements. He/she leads continuous improvements by utilizing the appropriate quality tools and provide data analysis.
Requirements:
The ideal graduate will have/be:
- Minimum, a NDIP in Engineering & studying towards a B-Tech degree.
- An academic record mainitaining a overall 70% pass mark.
- Knowledge / understanding of Quality Core tools
- Strong analytical and problem solving-skills required.
- Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
Skills and Competencies:
- Previous experience in a technical field would be an advantage.
