Epson South Africa are hiring for our graduate Program which commences in September 2023, based in Johannesburg.
During the first few months of the Program these positions will follow a rotation plan, working in various functions across the organisation to gain an understanding and knowledge of our different functions and Business Units.
Epson welcome fresh graduates at the start of their career, who will bring fresh perspectives and value to our different functions and Business Units. Throughout the Program, the graduates will have the opportunity to embark on an exciting global career while contributing to a more sustainable future. The Program is designed to provide fresh graduates with the skills and experience to help them progress, learn and become a successful contributor to the country and regional plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete all assigned tasks in each of the stages of the rotation program
- Assist with day-to-day operations
- Participate in meetings and other learning opportunities
- Observe and learn from experienced employees
- Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
- Fulfil any requirements and meet goals set out at the start of the graduate scheme
- Follow all company policies and regulations
- Travel to different offices and participate in daily operations as required
- Document their progress in the role and have regular reviews with the Line Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (obtained in 2022 or 2023) from a recognized University in any of the following, or closely related fields;-
- Business Administration,
- Computer Science,
- Engineering
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Awareness and confidence to work in a progressive multinational organisation of today
- Willingness to socialise and learn in a diverse and inclusive environment
- Skills and experience of current technology (MS packages, communication tools etc.)
