The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works & Infrastructure invites unemployed graduates to apply for a 24-month Graduate / Internship / Training Programme 2023-2025.

The following Internship / Training Opportunities are open for applications:
POST: GRADUATE INTERNSHIP x 90 POSITIONS (24 Months Contract)
STIPEND: R6 360.20 per month
REQUIREMENTS:
- This programme will be offered to persons who have completed qualifications and requires workplace experience in order to enhance future employment opportunities. Graduates must have obtained:
- Grade 12/ Senior Certificate
- Plus National Diploma or B Degree qualification together with transcript in the following disciplines
POST: GRADUATE TECHNICAL INTERNSHIP x 28 POSITIONS (24 Months Contract)
STIPEND: R6 360.20 per month
REQUIREMENTS:
- This programme will be offered to persons who have completed qualifications and requires workplace experience in order to enhance future employment opportunities. Graduates must have obtained:
- Grade 12/ Senior Certificate
- Plus National Diploma or B Degree qualification together with transcript in the following disciplines
STUDENT INTERNSHIP OR WORK INTEGRATED LEARNING (100) TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
POST: PRE – SERVING TRAINING (STUDENT INTERNSHIP OR WORK INTEGRATED LEARNING) – 24 MONTHS CONTRACT
STIPEND: R5 296.64 per month
REQUIREMENTS:
- N6 certificate with confirmation letter from Institution. Learners must have obtained N6 certificate and requires training in the following disciplines
STRUCTURED YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (30 TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES) x 24 months
STIPEND: R3 738.18 – R4 429.95 per month
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 11 or 12 Certificate
