Key Purpose of The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis of data, generate reports, automation of reports and processes and monitoring potential data losS
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification.
- Stats / Math’s / Computer Science an advantage.
- BSC Computer Science / IT- Degree – advantageous.
- Proficient in Office 365, Advanced Excel, PL SQL, MS SQL Server, Power BI.
- Statistical analysis ability.
Human Resources Administrator Internship 2022
Key Purpose of The Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide day to day HR Administration function to the VitalityLife Business Unit, as well as assisting with gathering and compiling relevant data sets for the HR team to understand important trends from various projects.

Key Purpose of The Role:
To assist in reviewing the CRS and PRS. Assist with implementing technical solutions. Assist in detail designing of five to ten components. Key Purpose of The Role:
Provides project administration and project office administrative support to the GSS PMO team. This will include ensuring that all project administration is managed, minutes of meetings and project plans are captured.

Telephony Administrator Internship 2022
Key Purpose of The Role:
To provide tier 1 support across the IP Telephony service stack and ensure that all requests, incidents and workflow processes are adhered to in order to meet SLA milestones. Research and keep abreast with Telephony industry trends, introduce and implement new technologies.
Support associate specialists and specialist with work load overhead from projects and documentation. Perform system monitoring and health checks to maintain a satisfactory uptime level across the stack.
Requirements:

- 3 year degree/diploma in Telecommunications or IT,
- Certification in at least one of the following (A+, CCNA, Avaya, CUCM, Skype For Business, SBCs, NICE), will be advantageous.
Insurance Agent Operations Internship 2022
Key Purpose of The Role:
The successful applicant will be responsible for answering inbound calls, operations administration and assisting clients with queries within SLA. Responsibility will also include claims payment function.
