We are currently on a search for a Graduate – Revenue Growth Management (RGM). The role will support the National RGM Manager in implementing and driving revenue growth strategies for the company. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, identifying opportunities to optimize revenue, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of revenue growth strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT and Finance, to implement revenue optimization initiatives.
- Conduct regular business performance analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of revenue growth strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to track revenue performance, forecast future growth, and evaluate pricing strategies.
- Support the creation of pricing structures and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Assist in the development and implementation of pricing guidelines and guardrails to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Monitor and analyse the impact of pricing changes on margins and volume, and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Provide regular updates and reports on revenue performance to the National RGM Manager and senior leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in revenue growth management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in;-
- IT,
- Finance,
- Economics,
- Or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau and data analysis tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience or knowledge of revenue growth management concepts will be an advantage.
