As an HR Graduate, you will play a role in the coordination of HR functions across both the plant and head office. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at supporting the human resources function of the business. A keen eye for detail will be essential as you navigate HR processes, ensuring they are executed meticulously.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with business objectives
- Help ensure compliance with various HR-related functions
- Contribute to the review and updating of HR policies
- Identify training needs and contribute to the design and delivery of training programs for employees and managers
- Assist in monitoring training effectiveness and provide suggestions for improvement
- Support the development and execution of performance management processes
- Offer assistance to managers and employees to foster performance improvements.
- Participate in maintaining accurate and updated HR records

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in;-
- Human Resources,
- Business Administration,
- Or related field
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing HR processes and data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse situations, identify issues, and develop and implement solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
