HR/Training Intern
Cash Processing Solutions offers internship opportunity to unemployed South African graduates in Human Resources or studying towards a Human Resources qualification aged between 18 and 29 years.
During and Responsibilities:
The HR/Training Intern will be responsible for performing HR and training duties by;-
- Carrying out responsibilities in employee benefits administration, performance management, onboarding, and related activities such as, recruitment/employment, statutory submissions, overall HR administration and employment law compliance.
- Coordinate bookings of training interventions.
- Prepare training documents and collate and update training records.
- Obtain quotations and information from external training providers.
- Facilitate soft skills and induction courses.
- Book caterers and order training supplies and material.
- Schedule and monitor online training interventions and
- Develop entry level training material
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources
- Or currently studying towards a Diploma in Human Resources
Warehouse Clark Intern
Cash Processing Solutions offers internship opportunity to unemployed South African graduates in Warehousing and Supply or studying towards a Supply Chain Management diploma aged between 18 and 29 years.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service
- Assist the Logistics team in managing all stakeholders involved to ensure timeous deliveries to all obligations
- Transport of bulk deliveries
- Project managing
- Assist managing Logistics documents
- Coordinating of spares ordering from suppliers for local stores incuding:
- Evaluating local stores orders to ensure the order is within minimum and maximum levels
- Obtain authorization for spares orders
- Placing orders within suppliers
- Receiving of spares orders from suppliers
- Distributing of spares orders to local sites
- Following up of any issues related to spares orders
- Ensuring received spares are captured into local stores on software management system
- Support of Service/Technical Support, Business & Customers
- Provide support on part identification, and part number verification
- Maintain recommended spares lists by product and machine install base by site
- Support upgrades, end of life with an appropriate part spares policy implemented in a timely manner
- Provide technical help with spares related issues raised by the Operations Planning Team
- Maintain all regional customer details/ accounts on the system
- Provide support and solutions to the service team with regards to spares aspects
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Suply Chain Management
- Or currently studying towards a Diploma in Supply Chain Management
Finance Intern
Cash Processing Solutions offers an internship opportunity to unemployed South African graduates in Accounting or studying towards an Accounting qualification aged between 18 and 29 Years.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Finance Intern will be responsible for performing Finance Administration duties;-
- Assisting with data entry, accounts receivable & payable,
- Bank statement reconciliation,
- Assisting with inventory & usages,
- Attend stock counts, and
- Assisting with general administrative functions such as scanning, filing and mail.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting or related Field
- Basic understanding of Financial and accounting principles
This role will also ensure compliance with Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act, Black Economic Empowerment and other local requirements in the South African business.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Computer literate (XP, MS Office, partucularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to all levels
- Excellent teamwork ability
- Excellent multi-tasking ability
- Ability to understand complex concepts quickly
- Ability to solve problems and actively seek out solutions
- Ability to show an approach to continuous improvement
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available and willing to commit at least 12 months for an internship
