Job Description:

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualifications

  • Completed Degree in HR / Industrial Psychology / Sociology

Experience required for the role

  • Part-time work experience / Internship / Learnership

Role Purpose:

  • To assist the recruitment team in sourcing top caliber team members for the Core Group.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Place adverts on job sites.
  • Screen applications according to job specifications. 
  • Conduct telephonic interviews with screened shortlist.
  • Schedule interviews with Managers.
  • Gather feedback from managers.
  • Schedule 2nd interviews.
  • Conduct background checks including reference checks.
  • Compile employee files with all relevant documentation.
  • Make sure employee requisitions are signed off.
  • Offer employees telephonically and confirm start date.
  • Ensure HR administrator sends contract and signed agreements are returned.
  • Liaise with training department on new intake numbers.
  • Arrange travel when necessary.
  • Arrange and facilitate assessments where applicable.
  • General admin, filing and assisting on projects.

  • Disciplined Approach – Punctual, Strong Attendance Record , Getting back to Customers and returning calls.
