Recent graduates wanted for placements in one of our department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Capturing client/debtors data accurately
- Preparing and reconciling documents for processing/invoicing
- Ensure invoices balance to the schedule from the wage department
- Ensure that certain clients issue POs on time
- Ensure that the POS received coincides with the timesheets
- Ensure that the wage folders are handled correctly
- Send daily reports to the Admin Manager
- Carry out any other reasonable instruction as given by management
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Related experience advantageous
- Matric
- A related tertiary qualification
- Good MS Excel skills
- QuickBooks / Omni experience beneficial
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Deadline driven
- Very attentive to detail
- Must be prepared to work overtime to ensure invoices are completed
