Job Description
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Updating databases internally, such as sick leave, annual, study leave
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Communicating all HR related matters with the business at all levels
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee
Requirements
- Human Resources diploma/degree or any equivalent Human Resources qualification
- Minimum of one year experience in the Human Resources field
- Attention to detail
- Good attention to detail
- Microsoft skills would be advantageous
