VACANCY: IT INTERN X 1
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is in his or her final year, and is looking for valuable work experience in a last-paced working environment. The successful applicant will report to the IT Manager, and will be based at our Head Office in Observatory, Johannesburg.
Duties and Responsibilities:
YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO;-
- Setting up new users.
- Offer application support, such as troubleshooting problems.
- Releasing and blocking emails via Mimecast.
- FleetLogiX and Pragma On Key basic support.
- Assist in installing printers,
- Provide support to 0365 activation issues.
- Activating Citrix Clients.
- Assist with setting up notebooks for users.
- Check the Antivirus console and troubleshoot issues.
- Redo Citrix profiles.
- Ensuring proper maintenance on OneDrive.
- Ad hoc.
Requirements:
- Studying towards a National Diploma in Information Technology.
- Matric certificate.
- Knowledge in Accounting will be advantageous.
- Must be a South Aftican Citizen.
- Strong work ethics.
