The purpose of the position is to provide support to the supply chain department and the consultants with admin functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties will include but are not limited to;-
- Manage customer orders: entry and follow-up (local and export);
- Handle and respond to all customer requests;
- Follow up back-orders and produce status reports;
- Support in telephone sales;
- Handling very low level technical enquiries on parts availability;
- Manage goods return process and credit requests;
- Support sales and marketing in promotional activity.
- Data management (including electronic orders);
- Handle technical queries appropriately, including part number interpretation;
- Support supply chain consultants with admin functions;
- Retrieve and communicate purchase orders for all orders delivered;
Requirements:
- Computer literacy in MS Office packages is crucial;
- Previous SAP experience would be advantageous;
- Good understanding of the supply chain processes;
- Knowledge of Bosch Automotive parts and sales experience would be advantage;
- Strong team player;
- Fluent in English (speak, read and write);
- Good communication skills – telephone and e-mails;

Qualifications:
- Grade 12;
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics or related field;
