Job Purpose:
The purpose of this programme is to develop a sustainable pipeline of qualified individuals for critical roles in the organisation. To grant the attainment of workplace experience and exposure to suitably qualified graduates in the following fields;-
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with operational and technical support activities relevant to your field of study.
- Participate in practical training programs to gain real-world experience.
- Contribute to daily operational activities within your department.
- Ensure accuracy, courtesy, and timeliness in adhering to current business standards.
- Apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges.
- Comply with Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality regulations.
Qualifications:
Completed N6/S4 and requiring either 12/18 months practical learning to complete qualification in the required fields/Completed Bachelors Degree in one of the fields required:-
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Analytical Chemistry
- Electromechanical Engineering/Instrumentation Mechanician
- Industrial Engineering
- Mining Engineering
- Supply Chain
- Safety, Health, Environmental, Quality (SHEQ)
Experience:
- Less than 1 year of work experience.
