Quality Intern
A provider of business services to various industries, is seeking a Quality Intern with a degree in Quality Management and ISO17025 experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and control of the Quality Management System, internal audits, document reviews, and laboratory meetings. Other responsibilities include participating in external assessments, verifying control charts, maintaining equipment, and reviewing test reports. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, self-discipline, confidentiality, and demonstrative initiative.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the maintenance, control, and reviewing of all documents and records that form part of the
Quality Management System. - Assist with internal audits and document reviews to verify that the laboratory operations continue to comply
with the requirements of the management system, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, and SANAS documents. - Participate in the monthly laboratory meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Assist with the monthly backup of electronic documents and instrument raw data.
- Assist with the maintenance and improvement of the CAPA program.
- Assist with the verification of all the control charts in use in the laboratory.
- Participate and assist with assessments by external bodies to evaluate the Quality Management System.
- Assist with the calibration and maintenance schedule of all equipment.
- Assist with the reviewing of test reports.
- Assist with the administration of externally provided services and products.
- Adherence to the laboratory’s Quality Management System.
- Adherence to Laboratory Health and Safety procedures.
- Ability to maintain self-control and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Effective time management skills.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Quality Management
- ISO17025 experience would be advantageous
Procurement Intern
A provider of business services to various industries, is seeking a Procurement Intern with a degree in Logistics or a related field. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, self-discipline, confidentiality, and demonstrative initiative.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Logistics or qualification in a related field.
