The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the Go Group Manager, assist in coordinating ongoing projects and help Vendors with Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Administration and coordination of projects
- Procure orders and set through to sales Department
- Updating multiple Whatsapp Groups
- Record all Vendor Sales for quarterly reporting
- Must be able to share and keep rug vendors updated on available stock
- Help with Factory tours
- Ensure Rug Vendor payment are processed
- Order stock from the factory
