- Industrial/Organisational Psychology
- Human Resource Management
- Clear criminal record
- Clear Credit Record
- Matric
- Unemployed
- No work experience required
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Proficient in Excel
Responsibilities:
- Loading job ads
- Screening CV’S
- Coordinating the interview process
- Onboarding for new employees
- Compiling and maintaining staff files
- Managing HR Admin
- Contract Management
- Coordinating team wellness initiatives as needed
Desired Skills:
- Strong planning
- Organising and Co-Ordinating skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- The ability to multi-task within a pressurised environment and to complete tasks timeously
- Attention to detail
