The following Graduate Opportunities are open for applications:
Business Analyst Graduate x 2
The Business Analyst graduate will go through a robust training process whilst being exposed to creating basic reporting under supervision. They will be working under the guidance of an experienced analyst.
As a graduate you will be exposed to the following:
- Spending time with marketing- a week in each division, will be arranged with relevant head
- Basic business analytics – look at interactions within Business Excellence and how the various teams fit in and collaborate
- Training provide on data sets and required to complete basic data extracts
- Gain an understanding of Source data vs models created
- Meeting with External departments involved
- Exposure to BI department to understand how data is incorporated into useful models for the business
- Assistance on work whilst learning
- Accompanying meetings
- Generating simple reports
Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Must have a completed relevant Degree in;-
- Engineering
- B.Com
- B.Bus Science
- BSc. Computer Science
Human Capital Internship 2023
This one-year internship programme at our SA Operations manufacturing sites (Gqeberha and East London) will provide candidates with an opportunity to gain workplace experience, knowledge and skills related to the human capital department in a pharmaceutical industry. The internship is highly relevant for practice as a human capital professional.
- Final year or completed (theory) in Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or similar
- South African Citizen
New Product Development Graduate Programme
The NPL graduate will go through a robust training process whilst being exposed to business development and new product launches under the supervision and guidance of the NPL Managers.
As a graduate you will be exposed to the following:
- Training will be provided on data models and systems used within the NPL division
- Basic market analysis- exposure to how the data models are used to review market data
- Basic business development – gain an understanding on how to review product lists to identify products for potential new business
- Basic project management- exposure to the coordination of new product launches
- Spending time with marketing- a week in each division, will be arranged with relevant head
- Meeting with External departments involved
- Assistance on work whilst learning
- Accompanying meetings
Qualifications:
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Must have a completed relevant Degree in;-
- Health Science,
- Business Science,
- Commerce
- Or related field of study
