Planning Intern
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

In relation with: Supervisors of manufacturing workshop, tooling manager, technical design department, suppliers, supply chain.
Purpose of Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the planning team in meeting both departmental and overall business objectives. This individual will have the opportunity to become an instrumental part of the daily planning activities, organising and coordinating of industrial relations to ensure on-time product deliveries, while contributing to profitability improvement in terms of costs, lead time and inventory reduction.
Missions:
- Assist and support Planning department on a daily activities & reporting of departmental objectives.
- Perform data collection and analysis to anticipate, identify and analyse planning risks and opportunities, including management reporting, corrective action plans and process improvements.
- Interface with the internal stakeholders to ensure ensuring correct information flow both up & downstream
- Facilitate robust planning processes on site to ensure that all industrial activities have integrated the planning dimension and drive the process
- Follow the demands of internal & external customers over short & medium terms
- Integrate evolution of manufacturing processes and technical modifications in the daily job.
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Diploma /Degree in;-
- Planning or
- Supply Chain or
- Industrial Engineering
- Or equivalent is required with elective majoring in Data Analytics/Statistics/Business Information Systems
- 0 – 2 years relevant experience in an industrial planning role within manufacturing environment
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Tools and advanced Excel
- Highly analytical with excellent communication
- Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Strong negotiation skills & leadership style
- Active team player, achievement & deadline orientation and process driven
Industrial Engineer Intern
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

In relation with: Supervisors of manufacturing workshop, tooling manager, technical design department, suppliers, supply chain.
Purpose of Job:
- Defines the manufacturing process and associated equipment for a new product, considering the industrial policy, existing standards and constraints of the project.
- Perform industrial documentation for the project.
- Estimate the manufacturing workload for the part corresponding to his domain.
Missions:
During Specification and Preliminary Design Phases.
- Gather Indus Design the macro-process, based on standard SMP.
- Estimate Method Time and perform a preliminary line balancing.
- Complete industrial documentation and Update : industrial data sheets, IMFU (Industrial Maturity Follow-Up)
- Do Task Sequence for looming Products.
- Work Hand in hand with Quality to assign Self inspections codes on GSI.
- Creation of tools on GSI
- Use industrial engineering tools and techniques to measure and evaluate processes, operations, work methods, layouts and flows.
- To solve workshop problems concerning operating modes and jigs.
- To lead modifications till application on the manufacturing line, Process and method time improvement with following and validation on workshop,
- To define, design and validate production environment (jigs, workstation, ergonomic),
- To define, write, validate and follow instruction sheet and first level control sheet,
- To define workstation layout and necessary tools in relation with the manufacturing process,
- To operate and to program and to solve the problem on the wheel fitting press, on load
bench test and on the electronic torque tightening device. - To analyse statistics and to analyse root causes, to propose solution for problems occurred on the different process and the machines,
- To propose improvement based on Return on Experience,
- Rial requirements Engineering has to comply with, during product specification and design. Explain them to Engineering.

- KPI 1 – Project QCD for his field of activities

Educational Requirements:
- Completed S4 – Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and
- Registered for P1/P2 Work Integration Learning
