AfriGIS is looking for young individuals with a passion for GIS and Data to join our team for a 12-month internship.
The purpose of this 12-month internship is to provide newly qualified graduates with the opportunity to gain meaningful workplace experience, and to develop their skills.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience;-
- A tertiary qualification in Geoinformation Science or equivalent
- No prior work experience is needed
Main Responsibilities:
The main roles and responsibilities;-
- Data capturing
- Data cleaning
- Map production
- Data maintenance and editing
- Geocoding
Other Competencies
The ideal candidate will;-
- Be detail orientated
- Have good communication skills (oral and written)
