To provide a professional Human Resources Administration support, ensuring employee data integrity, assist with compliance of HR polices & Procedures and the employee life cycle. Administer and facilitate the coordination of master data, training and recruitment.
Required Minimum Education / Training:
- Grade 12 (Essential)
- National Diploma or degree in Human Resource
Required Minimum Work Experience:
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a Human Resources Administrative environment.
System experience is an added advantage.

- Personnel Administration
- Benefit and allowance Administration
- ER and IOD Administration
- Reporting
- General Human Resources
Technical Knowledge / Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of the HR Discipline and Legislation
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience in HRIS (SAP would be advantage)
- Ability to analyse data
Behavioural Competencies:
- Team Player
- Highly Analytical
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle conflict
