The main purpose of this role is to learn and assist other Engineers in providing IT End User services and adhering to the SLAs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting other Technicians to provide end user services.
- Providing hardware and software support.
- Providing application and Windows 10 OS support.
- Assisting with IT related queries.
- Providing feedback and updates to end users,other Technicians and the Line Manager.
Desired Experience and Qualification:
- 1 year relevant experience.
- National Diploma in IT or a valid A+ and N+ certificate
