Working for a global non profit this unpaid part time internship has been designed for students looking to stand out from the crowd at graduation. A year long part time role will give you skills that are sought after by employers and that will make you a more attractive candidate. Plus you get to help a charity, doing your bit to change the world for the better! This Internship use to be an international internship where applicants paid to join, 2023 we are offering this free unpaid post to locals in South Africa, it is a great opportunity!
Responsibilities:
As an Intern we want to give you as much responsibility as possible so you learn and get the best skills. Currently we are recruiting for 10 new intern’s and the following specialised areas are available, please note you MUST be based in Cape Town and attend the office a minimum of once a week at the Waterfront, Cape Town.
Sales Internship – Manage Sales Navigator and Nurture Leads to generate meetings
Sales Engagement Internship – Prepare Marketing Content / LinkedIn Marketing
As part of this internship you will be responsible for generating, neutering business development leads, learning about CSR strategies and closing the deal! The successful completion of this internship will leave you with a reference and hopefully a successful portfolio of business won, skills report that will make you more attractive to employers that applicants with just a degree. A unpaid internship also demonstrates to an employer your level of commitment to your career.
Qualifications:
- A University student studying in or near Cape Town
- Attention to Detail
- Good Written and Spoken English
- A Passion for Non-Profits
