We are recruiting 1x intern to join our Winery in Somerset West on fixed term contract to support our Harvest. The position starts in January 2023.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to and supporting the Assistant Winemaker for the 10 week harvest period.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will already have a Diploma/Degree in Winemaking, with experience working in a cellar, and ideally through a Harvest.
- Previous experience competently organising your own workload in a busy environment, organising team schedules, and working alone based on instructions from your manager will be essential skills for this role.
- There is no transport or accommodation provided.
