Industrial Engineering In-Service Trainee
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support all pillars with overall World Class Manufacturing implementation
- Conduct work studies to optimize processes
- Create and consolidate Autonomous Maintenance standards for all lines
- Coach operators on Autonomous Maintenance Support team with R2S implementation
- Update Operation Efficiency reports (daily and weekly)
- Monitor digital updates and drive compliance
- Monitor Waste tracker updates and drive compliance
- Implement Improvement projects (Waste, OEE)
- Develop and update Standard Operation Procedures
- Develop One Point Lessons
Key Requirements:
- Completed 2nd year: NDip Industrial Engineering
- Must have Grade 12/Matric Core Mathematics & Physical Science
- Requiring 1 year in-service experience
- Use of computer software programs – Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is essential
- Good communication skills both written and verbal – proficient in English
