We are currently seeking an HR intern, for our client based in Stellenbosch, for a 1 Year Contract.
The intention is to give practical work experience to students who are in their final year of study and requires In-Service Training in order to obtain their qualification.
Responsibilities
- Executing and assisting with sound recruitment and selection practices
- Assisting with Leadership Development and Learning Administration & coordination
- Involvement in induction program for new employees
- Effective participation in Talent Management processes
- Understanding and assisting with Employee Relations
- Service Delivery to all stakeholders
- General HR Documentation and Administration tasks
- Recruiting and Selection
- Benefit Administration
Qualifications
- Currently in the process of completing studies(HR Related) and require in service training in order to complete your curriculum
- Computer literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Sound communication and presentation skills,
- Effective time management,
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities,
- Attention to detail
