A position has become available for our Factory. The purpose of this role is to maintain the Factory/Warehouse, as well as office staff facilities, presentable and clean to an acceptable standard at all times an to make tea / coffee for all office staff and visitors during times as requested and service it at the various work stations.
Responsibilities:
- Cleans offices, canteen, ablution block and laboratory as per schedule.
- Informs Supervisor / Administrator of stock levels of cleaning materials regularly.
- Collecting groceries from Head Office when required
- Replenishes toilet rolls, hand towels and soap dispensers as and when necessary.
- Washes crockery and cutlery.
- Cleans any area on the Company premises e.g. floors, windows, Blinds, Dustbins, Shedding Machines etc as instructed by the Packing Supervisor.
- Preparation of hot water, supply all staff with tea and/or coffee at tea and lunch times and serves it to the staff at their work stations. (General Worker / Cleaner / Tea Lady’s Tea Times and lunch times will be different from other Staff members)
- Makes tea / coffee for visitors as and when required.
- Manage stock / issue of sugar/tea/coffee for night shift / overtime staff (when required).
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 1 – 2 years similar experience
