RCL FOODS is seeking an experienced General Worker: Tipper/Stacker to join the Production Team in Pretoria West.
The following General Work Opportunities are open for applications:
General Worker – Tipper
The successful candidate will report to the Production Supervisor and will be responsible for supplying the correct quantities of raw material bags into the mixer/conveyer.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 ( With relevant numeric subject)
- 1 Year experience in a similar environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to complete job and assist in meeting daily production targets
- Ensuring that the work area is clean and hygienic at all times
- Perform all job tasks with accuracy and speed
- Be an integral part of a high performance team
- Compliance to all Health and Safety standards
- Compliance to product quality standards
- Tipping of Raw Material & Medication into Bins according to recipe and order schedule
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required by Mill operations and/or designated by Mill Management
- Shift work
General Worker – Stacker
The successful candidate will report to the Production Supervisor and will be responsible for meeting daily production targets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 ( With relevant numeric subject)
- Working knowledge on MS Office
- 1 year experience in a production environment
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the work area is clean and hygienic at all times
- Perform all job tasks with accuracy and speed
- Be an integral part of a high performance team
- Comply with all Food, Health and Safety Standards
- Comply with Product Quality Standards
- Collect raw material and place in specific aisles ensuring that it conforms with mixing instructions, number of bags, product type and ensure that bags are opened properly and are ready for tipping
- Ensure correct loading of bags according to documentation
- Ensure safe stacking and non-mixing of product codes on the same pallet
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required by Mill operations and/or designated by Mill Management
- Shift work
