Responsibilities:
1. Receive Raw Material
- Receive raw material (raisins) from producers
- Open sides of truck
- Offload bins
- Weighing of loads
- Take sample per load
- Take moisture per load
- Prepare sample for grading
- Prepare samples for pesticide residues, micotoxins and Sulphur analyses
2. Administration
- Mark samples accurately
- Pack samples in bulk bags for dispatch to grading room
3. Food Safety & Occupational Safety
- Depot hygiene – clean plant before season and area outside
- Plant Housekeeping. Ensures depot is clean and tidy at all times
- Depot Safety
- Maintain health & safety standards
- Ensure all floors are clear of chokes and neat for next Shift
4. Human Relations
- Treat producers with respect – cunsomer centric
- To work in good spirit with all Pioneer Foods employees and customers
- Personal hygiene
5. Relief
- Provide assistance when needed to other operational areas
