Essential Health Pharmacy Group is recruiting for an experienced Maintenance /General Worker to join our current Team at our Strand Pharmacy.
The focus will be on the Building itself.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance functions on and around site.
- Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.).
- Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting.
- Undertake light installations.
- Repair equipment.
- Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing repairs.
- Undertake duties as assigned by management.
- Identify and report repair needs to management.
- Take responsibility for the upkeep of the garden around the building.
- Maintain general neatness of parking area.
Requirements:
- Physical good condition
- Good health
- Good time keeping
- Trustworthy
- Energetic
- Non-endorsed driver’s license
