A position has become available for a Business Improvement Graduate to join our dynamic team, based in Centurion.
Main Purpose of the Job:
The graduate will be expected to document level 4 business processes and support delivery of the process baseline improvements in identified areas. They must also provide the necessary support to ensure the business achieves its objective of documenting processes and identifying gaps.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate process documenting sessions
- Map the processes using the latest business process mapping notation
- Manage the process map repository
- Ensure proper loop closure and sign-off of documented processes.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- BSc/B-Tech Engineering Graduate
- 0 – 2 Years
- Experience in a process improvement or process mapping role would be an advantage
- Academic record with a minimum average of 65% overall
- Above average computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, visio)
- Interest in understanding business processes
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Highly motivated, results driven, self – starter.
