Production Process Engineering focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing data
- Working with the CI Technician in identifying losses and opportunities for improvement
- Execute complex problem solving
- Support building basic problem-solving capabilities in Operations at shop floor level
- Process flow analysis to look for opportunities for improvement to Safety, Cost & Quality
- Transforming operations digitally by adopting technology
- Creation of standards/ SOPs/ OPLs
- Minor project management & implementation
- Continuous line improvement
- Commissioning processes & equipment
- Upskilling and assisting in technical training of operators on standards & improvements
- Supporting the AM Team with activities linked to Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening, 5S, Centerlines and Abnormality handling.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree / BSc Or BTech in;-
- Industrial Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Process Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Food Science
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years relevant industry experience preferred.
Competencies:
- Understanding of TPM, Six Sigma and or World Class Manufacturing Principles
- Scoping and completing A3 projects
- Ability to generate technical reports
- Presentation skills & stakeholder management
- Time management and work life balance
- Project Management Capabilities
- Team player and coaching abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within multiple teams, in a fast-paced environment is essential.
