Responsibilities:
- Timeously and effectively implement tooling, gauging, equipment, and methods for new products in accordance with Quality Procedures / Management Handbook / SAP.
- Timeously and effectively implement process improvement and changes in accordance with Quality Procedures / Management Handbook / SAP.
- Evaluate, justify, and implement improvements as regards cost saving quality, capacity, ergonomics, and safety, by interaction with Toolroom, production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Marketing, Product Development and Purchasing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum education Degree in Mechanical Engineering – Completed Internship.
- Knowledge of production processes and machine capabilities.
- Knowledge of tool room practices and machine capabilities.
- Knowledge of drawing practices and drawing standards for tooling and gauging.
- Knowledge of job costing and work study.
- Computer literacy, CAD literacy & SAP.
- Relevant P.C skills in data acquisition, Processing of statistics & presenting reports.
