Glencore Bursaries: Engineering has become available at Rhoban Operations in the North West province for South African engineering students and grade 12 learners willing to pursue a career in engineering, please checking the outlined requirements below.

Position: Engineering Bursary Opportunities

Location: Brits, North West, South Africa

Closing Date: 04 June 2021

 Qualifications concerned:

  • Chemical Engineering x 1
  •  Metallurgical Engineering x 1

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 applicants must have a minimum of a B symbol in Maths, Science and English
  • 1st and 2nd year applicants: 100% pass rate

The bursary offers:

  • Registration and tuition fees
  • Accommodation and meals
  • Prescribed textbooks
  • Monthly allowances
  • Paid vacation work; compulsory “work back” period – 1 year for every sponsored year

Note that: Selection is based on academic results and an interview with Glencore Alloys. Applicants from the local communities of our respective operations in an area will take preference.
