We are looking for qualified individuals for the following positions:
Apprenticeships: Welding / Mechanical Fitting;-
- The apprenticeship spans over a minimum period of 18 months and a maximum period of four (4) years.
- The apprentice will complete the prescribed merSETA modules and gain practical experience during the period to qualify for a trade test.
- To qualify as an artisan, the apprentice would need to pass the applicable trade test.
- At the end of the apprenticeship and successful completion of the Trade test, the apprentice will qualify as an Artisan in Welding or Mechanical Fitting.
- The apprentice will be expected to complete various tasks/assignments as allocated by the Mentor/Training Officer.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate/N3 (completed)
- English Home language/First Additional language above 40%
- Pure Mathematics (no Maths Literacy) above 40%
- Physical Science above 40%
- Applicants must reside in Mpumalanga
