Purpose of the Role:
Learning and practising the applicable trade under the guidance of skilled or qualified persons, to gather sufficient practical experience.
Key Performance Areas:
- Successfully complete all theoretical learning
- Successfully complete all practical training and skills assessments
- Apply skills learnt in the workplace
- Complete necessary documentation for required experience building (Logbook / Training records)
- Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures)
- Achieve individual Balanced Scorecard and KPIs
- Effective self-management and performance ownership
- Adherence to any reasonable instruction
Minimum Qualification:
- Grade 12 with N3 level Mathematics and Physical Science
Minimum Experience:
- 0-1 years

- Basic analytical ability

- Basic numerical reasoning
- Spatial visualisation
- Basic verbal comprehension
- Mechanical ability
- Reliable and honest
- Able to communicate with customers
- Willingness to work standby and overtime

- Driver’s licence – Code B (To be obtained before trade test)
