We (Copious Software) are looking for a Junior/Trainee IT Recruiter who could assist us with our daily challenges of making people’s career dreams come true.
Role & Responsibility
- Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work in a timely manner.
- Present candidates to Account Manager and/or Hiring Manager, coordinate interviews.
- Ensure a high level of data administration with our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full lifecycle responsibilities.
- Source a pipeline of technical candidates from our internal database, social media, job boards, networking, referrals and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks.
- Master applicant tracking software and navigate efficiently through internal systems.
Qualifications
- Any Degree.
- The candidate having Recruitment / HR related Degree or Diploma or currently pursuing studies in this field will be given preference.
Other Skills Required
- Problem-solver and pro-actively address roadblocks.
- Some knowledge of recruitment processes would be beneficial.
- Positive attitude towards learning new things and growing as an individual.
- Go-getter, Result oriented, Creative & Innovative approach.
- Customer service orientation.
