BAT South Africa is looking for a graduate to join their team in Cape Town and Heidelberg.
We are glad to introduce our internship programme that is designed for individuals who are looking to work in a dynamic global organization. The programme comprises of functional projects which the intern will be assigned over a period of 1 year. Along with accomplishing challenging tasks every day, the candidate will receive coaching from the assignment / line manager through a structured plan and defined set of deliverables, to grow both business and leadership capabilities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in relevant field
- No more than 3 years post graduate experience

- Analytical and decision-making skills, as well as ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong intercultural competencies from international experiences
- Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative and a drive to succeed
- National and/or international mobility
