ETG is looking for a grad, who would like to specialise in FP&A to join our Management Trainee Programme.
Reporting to the Senior Analyst, the Junior Analyst will play an active role within the FP&A function of the Exchange Traded Commodities Vertical.
Job Description:
It is expected that the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Report on financial performance
- Sense check submissions from Financial Managers for obvious trend deviations
- Consolidation of numerous datasets
- Maintain and Manage Master data
- Perform Detailed Reconciliations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Cost Analyses
- Maintain the Reporting Hierarchy Database
- Maintain Broker Sub-Account mapping
- Monthly Accounting to Daily PNL True-up
- Weekly Accounting to Risk PNL True-up
- Assist in the Budget Consolidation Process
- Monthly Consolidation of CAPEX expenditure
- Weekly Working Capital Consolidation and Analysis
- Weekly FX Exposure Consolidation
- Assist in Financial Responsibilities as directed by Snr FP&A Analyst.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in;-
- Accounting,
- Finance,
- Economics,
- Statistics
- Or a related field or an equivalent combination of education.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
