An exciting opportunity has become available for a Graduate in Training: Human Resources in the HR Department at Samancor Ferrometals situated in Witbank, Mpumalanga. All suitably qualified candidates are invited to apply for the position.
Successful candidates will undergo an intensive, structured 24-month Graduate in Training Development Programme under the supervision of Professionals. The Programme is designed to enable the Graduates to acquire knowledge and develop skills in the HR Department with regards to Human Resources studies.
Training:
- Successful candidates will undergo an intensive, structured 24 months Graduate in training Human Resources development program.
- The program is designed to enable the graduates to acquire knowledge and develop skills in the Human Resources field in the Chrome process industry.
- To be considered for this fixed term contract position, candidates need to have a minimum of a recently completed relevant Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations/Communications/Industrial Psychology.
