About the Law Firm:
EW Serfontein & Associates Inc. is a well-established law firm situated in Pretoria, Gauteng. Our Director, Mr Ernst Serfontein, has been affiliated with the firm since 1981 and has practised as a commercial lawyer for more than 33 years, solidifying us as a well-established Pretoria law firm, providing extensive experience in all fields of Civil Law, most notably in the areas of Conveyancing and Real Estate. Mr Serfontein has served as arbitrator on the panel of arbitrators dealing with Sectional Title-related disputes, constituted by the Registrar of Deeds in Pretoria, emphasising the experience within our law form offers.
