HCI Coal invites unemployed graduates to apply for Graduate Traineeship / Internship Programme 2023-2025.

HCI COAL GRADUATE PROGRAMS (24 MONTHS CONTRACT)
HCI Coal (Pty) Ltd, a Black Empowered Company and an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer, seeks to fill the above opportunity. This is a two-year skills training programme that is specifically designed for the development of future leaders.
The programme offers recent graduates a full rounded experience of our business including mentorship and coaching, and on the job training, all whilst earning a full salary,
Job Objectives:
- Be encouraged to be the best version of yourself with many opportunities to pursue work in the mining environment
- Have the opportunity to gain experience within the organisation
- Collaborate with different people across a multitude of disciplines
- Work in an exciting environment where you can maximise use of your qualifications
- Gain practical experience while under the mentorship of an experienced competent person
Minimum Qualifications:
- A completed Bachelor’s degree in one the following disciplines:
- Mining
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Business Administration
- Public Relations
- A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
- Valid Driver’s License
Skills/Competencies:
- Motivated and driven by high standards
- Hard worker that is solutions orientated
- Good work ethics
- Team player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to travel or relocate to the operations
