As a Customer Service Intern you will work with the Customer Service team to improve customer satisfaction, customer service efficiency, overall customer retention rate as well as improve the total experience of Sportingbet SA customers.
The internship is for a period of 12 months with the possibility of being permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services in order to provide adequate education to customers
- Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services
- Field incoming phone calls and respond to phone messages from customers
- Promptly respond to customer questions submitted via email or our website
- Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues
- Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately follow up
- Document important customer information for future reference
- Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
- Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them
- Refer advanced cases to management for resolution, providing background information as necessary.
Requirements:
- Higher Certificate/Diploma or Degree in either;-
- Business Administration,
- Business Management,
- Management,
- Marketing,
- Customer Service/Support,
- Retail Management
- No experience required
- Proficiency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Works well in a team.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language is advantageous
