The Quality Graduate is responsible to assist in ensuring that all actions in the Plant comply with the requirements of the FES, and to do so considering customer, Quality, Division, Business Group and Corporate guidelines.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Quality Graduate, your main responsibilities are as follow :
- Capture quality performance data for KPI monitoring. Compilation of Quality results / reports.
- Assist with administrative tasks in the department. (Archiving / filing of quality related documents and records)
- Assist with preparation of internal / external audits and related tasks
- Assist with document control and issue of Quality Instructions to the Shop floor / point of use.
- Support the Quality engineers with monitoring of adherence to requirements as per control plan and standard work instructions.
- Active participation in problem solving activities with the Quality Team. Preparation of documentation and customer feedback on quality problems/complaints. Assist with containment actions if and when quality issues detected / reported.
- Support Quality Engineers with Quality launch activities of Engineering Changes and Part Approvals (PPAP)
- Assist with validation / testing of parts required by the Quality Engineers.
- Participate in Quality Training / coaching of employees and act as quality ambassador
Qualifications:
- National Diploma / Degree in;-
- Engineering
- Quality Sciences
- Or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Package)
- Knowledge of Quality management systems in production
- Process orientated with exceptional customer relationship experience
- Time Management skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a Team
Languages:
- Proven oral and written communication skills with English
